Shop Policies

Processing Time: Items will ship in 1-3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.   If there will be a delay for any reason on our end, we will contact buyer.   

Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Delivery times will vary by location and how busy the shipper is during the various seasons of the year.  Shipping schedules during the holiday season can be very busy for all shippers. A physical 'ship to' RESIDENTIAL address is required.  Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate address. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the price for most items. For larger boxes we add a flat rate shipping charge which will be stated on the listing page just below the "Add to Cart" button so you will see the rate prior to ordering. Large deep boxes cost $35-45 to ship so HWS shares shipping costs with the customer for these shipments. Insurance is included. 

Cancellations: We do accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns: We do not accept returned items so please read descriptions and details carefully, particularly with regard to size and color so that you are confident with your purchase. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you have questions or need more information.

Damaged/Defective Items: We review and pack items carefully to make sure they are transport ready. However, damage can happen during shipment and we will assist you with making an insurance claim with the shipper should your item be damaged during delivery. Photos will be needed so keep all original packaging until the claim is settled.

Missing/Stolen Items: We have never had this happen with any of our customers but theft does occur. We stay in contact with you during the shipping process so we can both monitor the scheduled delivery. We are not able to replace or refund missing items that the shipper shows as delivered.
